Most on-site restaurant photography sessions take between 2 to 4 hours, depending on your specific menu size and scope.
A typical menu photography session can take as little as 2 hours is structured to comfortably capture around 8–10 plated menu items and 3–4 signature cocktails. The goal is to stay efficient without items waiting to be photographed and melting or fading in the meantime.
A full-service photo shoot can typically take closer to 4 hours. I prefer to take headshots first while chef coats are clean and hair is neat, then we can knock out food, interior and exterior photos as needed. We can schedule these shoots before you open for business or between peak hours so there is minimal impact on guest experience. -
My standard delivery time for fully edited, high-resolution commercial images is 7 days from the date of the shoot, unless otherwise noted. The images are delivered via Dropbox folder, where you can download for use on menus, marketing materials, social media and more.

I’ve worked in PR for years, so I understand that sometimes you need images back even faster to tell your story and accommodate urgent media timelines. If your restaurant has an upcoming grand opening, a time-sensitive press release or an exclusive feature with a publication, I can provide a curated "PR Preview" selection of 3–5 high-priority images within 24 hours of the shoot wrap to ensure your public relations team hits their deadlines.
